Luís Cunha tem os graus de Licenciado em Física e Química (UMinho, 1983), Mestre em Física (UMinho, 1995) e Doutor em Física (UMinho, 2000). É docente no Departamento de Física da UMinho desde 1990, sendo Professor Auxiliar desde 2000. Desenvolve a sua atividade de investigação na linha “Functional and smart materials and surfaces for advanced applications” do Centro de Física da Universidade do Minho e do Porto no domínio da produção de filmes finos produzidos por PVD e respetiva caracterização.

Luís Cunha is graduated in Physics and Chemistry (UMinho, 1983), Master in Physics (UMinho, 1995) and PhD in Physics (UMinho, 2000). Is member of the teaching staff of the Physics Department of UMinho and Assistant Professor since 2000. His research activity is developed in tbe line “Functional and smart materials and surfaces for advanced applications” of the Center of Physics of University of Minho and Porto in the field of production of thin films by PVD and its characterization.
